The Ministry of Education will award 300 scholarships to the best students this school year, and documents are submitted from September 1 to October 21. Scholarships will be awarded to 200 students who are extending their right to scholarships and 100 new students who are applying for the first time. Scholarships are awarded to the best students of the second and subsequent years, who enrolled for the first semester of the study year and did not lose a single year during their studies. Students with an average grade of at least nine are eligible for the scholarship. Scholarships are awarded without obligation to repay. They are awarded for one academic year, and are paid in ten monthly installments. Scholarships cannot be received by students who are beneficiaries of student loans.
