The construction of the Main Project of the bridge over the Cijevna River in Dinoša with access roads will be entrusted to the company "Inter project" from Podgorica for 18.326 euros.
The offer of that company was evaluated as the most favorable in the tender, which was announced by the Agency for Construction and Development of Podgorica on April 20.
The project assignment states that the existing pedestrian bridge should be reconstructed in such a way that it can also be used for two-way vehicular and pedestrian traffic in one lane.
"The level of the bridge should be raised above the level of high water, so that the bridge could be used even in rainy periods of the year. Through the conceptual solution, look at all the traffic and technical elements and propose the most rational option," the document states.
As the bridge does not have access roads, the project should, as stated, deal with their construction, in the same transverse profile as the bridge, with connection to existing roads. The existing bridge, as explained in the document, bridges the Cijevna on a part of the canyon with a width of about two to three meters and is four meters long and two meters wide.
"The bridge has no fence, no finishing and no lighting. "Due to its narrow riverbed, it turns blue during the rainy season, so it is out of order for most of the year," the document says.
Two companies are working on a project to regulate the Rujela river bed
The main project of regulating the riverbed of the Rujela river from Milješki izvor to Vuksanlekići and the construction of a pedestrian path from the bridge near the Catholic church to Šipčanica gora will be jointly carried out by the companies "Civil Engineer", "Liming Projekt" and "MI" with their subcontractors.
Their offer of 48.900 euros was evaluated as the most favorable in the tender, announced on March 22. In recent years, due to heavy rains, floods have been known to spill over and threaten settlements and properties.
