The Agency for Construction and Development rents out five business premises in the city, and the most expensive premises are in Ulica slobode, for which they are asking 8.014 euros per month.
As stated in the ad, the office space in that street at number 15 has an area of 142,21 square meters, with a basement of 80,62 square meters. The agency is also looking for a tenant for a space of 154 square meters on Nikola Kovačević Square in Block Five, for which EUR 766 should be allocated.
"The premises in Aerodromska Street at the Old Airport are also for rent, and the starting price for 15,86 square meters is 123 euros. "The initial rental price for office space in Ulica 4.jula of 100,35 square meters is 656,80 euros," the advertisement states. The agency also rents out seven square meters of space at Ulica Bratstva i Jedinstva 19, for which EUR 80 should be set aside, as they state.
