The Prime Minister of Montenegro, Milo Djukanović, sent a telegram on behalf of the Government and on his own behalf to the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Medvedev, expressing his deepest condolences regarding the plane crash in Rostov in which 44 Russian citizens died.
"We sincerely sympathize with you and the families of the passengers who died," stated Đukanović's telegram.
All 62 people on board a passenger plane flying from Dubai to southern Russia were killed when the aircraft crashed during its second attempt to land at Rostov-on-Don airport.
