The Minister of Health, Budimir Šegrt, today appointed the directors of 15 health centers, five general and two special hospitals, as well as the Institute for Blood Transfusion.
The Ministry of Health specified that Zvonko Vuković was appointed as the director of the Andrijevic Health Center, Borislav Lalović was appointed as the director of the Health Center in Bar, and Zuhra Hadrović will be the head of the Health Center in Berane.
Majda Dobardžić, Zoran Špadijer, Nenad Vušurović and Dejan Mandić will head health centers in Bijelo Polje, Budva, Cetinje and Danilovgrad.
The director of the health center in Kolašin will be Dragica Popović, and the heads of those institutions in Mojkovac, Nikšić, Plav, Podgorica and Rožaj will be Ikonija Minić, Veselin Bulatović, Omer Šahmanović, Nebojša Kavarić and Hajran Kalač.
Snežana Matijević will be at the head of the Health Center in Tivat, and Pavle Marniković from Ulcinj will be at the head.
The Ministry of Health announced that Dragoslav Tomanović, Biserka Bulatović, Ivan Ilić, Mile Goločevac and Dragan Vujović were elected directors of general hospitals in Bar, Bijelo Polje, Kotor, Pljevlja and Cetinje.
Gordana Reljić and Milić Jauković were elected directors of special hospitals in Brezovik and Risno.
The Institute for Blood Transfusion will be headed by Gordana Rašović.
"The decision-making process for the appointment of directors is underway for health institutions - the Institute for Emergency Medical Assistance, the Berane General Hospital, the Kotor Health Center and the Pljevlja Health Center," says the announcement.
It is stated that Šegrt decided not to appoint directors in the health institutions General Hospital Nikšić, Special Hospital Dobrota and Dom zdravlja Herceg Novi, in which the public competition will be repeated.
The Ministry said that the selection of candidates for the appointment of directors of health institutions was approached responsibly and explained that a Commission was formed in the Ministry of Health, which checked the timeliness of submitted applications and the completeness of the attached documentation.
"The minister analyzed the work programs of all candidates and the proposed plans for the development and operation of health institutions, as well as the way of undertaking concrete measures and activities, in relation to the improvement and improvement of the quality and availability of health care to citizens," the announcement specifies.
It is stated that, based on the attached documentation, candidates were appointed who showed the highest quality in the planned activities, the goal of which is to achieve the expected results in providing accessible, high-quality and timely health care.
"The professional, professional and moral qualities of the registered candidates, with the best program of work and development of the health institution, in the interest of citizens, were the decisive criteria for the selection of directors of health institutions and the decision of the minister, in accordance with the Law on Health Care," the announcement concludes.
