The work of catching and taking care of dogs from public areas is carried out daily, and the shelter for abandoned pets is intended exclusively for the accommodation of stray dogs from the territory of Podgorica", the documentation states. The public opening of bids will be held on March 2 at 12 noon, in the premises of the company "Čistoća".
