Director of the Bureau for Communication and Coordination of Relations with Citizens, Vojislav Nedović, said that since its establishment on March 23, until December 31, they received 5.045 requests, which shows that they have "gained the trust of the citizens."
Nedović pointed out that 3.228 citizens submitted the request in person, while 1.817 requests were submitted through the "System 48" portal.
"Within 48 hours, 4 requests, which is 046 percent, were resolved to the greatest extent... We will agree that this is an extraordinary result...", Nedović pointed out at the press conference.
He pointed out that there were 311 requests related to investments that were not planned in the current budget, 445 were not within the competence of the Capital City, 86 were rejected, while 157 applications, which are pending, "can be resolved, but it is due to the complexity and scope work required for more than 48 hours".
Nedović stated that they also had requests, which are of a personal nature and which are not within the competence of either the local administration or any other state body.
"It happened that the party approached in order to solve the problem of paying for electricity, replacing the roof, carpentry, land expropriation, returning loans that they had previously taken out and used for the wrong purpose, and now they are asking the local administration to solve these problems..." said Nedović.
Nedović pointed out that out of 363 received requests in the area of lighting and traffic lights, 271 were resolved, while 159 requests were resolved out of 96 requests for maintenance of city roads. As he stated, the communal police received 201 requests, of which 182 were resolved, "Zelenilo" had 152 reports, of which 112 were resolved, while "Vodovod i kanalizika" received 143, of which 84 requests were resolved.
The capital will cost 12.000 euros
Nedović, answering a journalist's question, said that the costs of "System 48", the capital, cost about 12.000 euros. As he stated, in addition to him, six operators are employed in the Bureau, who work every day from 8 a.m. to midnight.
As he said, these are newly employed workers, "because the city did not have excess labor available, which was the reason to hire new people".
