Due to the problems caused by the use of tear gas during the Democratic Front protest on October 24 this year, six citizens contacted the Emergency Service, and 11, of which four were police officers, contacted the Clinical Center.
This was said by the Minister of Health, Budimir Šegrt, in response to a question from DF deputy Jelisava Kalezić.
"The Institute for Public Health does not have the obligation or the ability to examine the chemical composition of the agents used, but based on the Law, it is responsible for collecting and processing data in the area of healthcare records, which refer to quarterly and annual health statistical reports," explained Šegrt. .
He also replied that 68 citizens, 27 of whom were police officers, turned to health institutions in Podgorica and other municipalities for help due to physical injuries during the protest.
The apprentice said that 52 patients were treated at the Clinical Center, 26 of whom were police officers, and that two had serious injuries.
He announced that 16 citizens, including one policeman, were treated in the emergency room.
The apprentice, answering a question from SNP MP Radosav Nišavić, said that the contract with private pharmacies was terminated because the money allocated for those purposes was spent before the planned deadline, on December 31.
He also said that from January 1 to October 31, the number of prescribed prescriptions increased by 6,15 percent, and the number implemented by 11,93 percent compared to the same period last year.
