The parking lot between the Clinical Center (KC) and the Medical School in Podgorica, with a capacity of 173 spaces, which until now was used exclusively for the needs of the KC, will be open to all citizens from Tuesday.
As announced from the capital city, the city administration, Parking service and competent city services, together with the management of the KC, managed to solve the property-legal and technical problems related to that parking lot and provide all the citizens of Podgorica and visitors from other cities with a sufficient number of parking spaces. in that part of town.
The Capital City said that, since the parking problem in that area, they have tried to provide a sufficient number of parking spaces.
"In addition to the existing 67 street parking spaces in Ljubljanska and John Jackson Street and 35 in Moskovska, new 35 street parking spaces on the section from the KC to the turn to the Public Service building, after an agreement with the KC administration, an additional 173 parking spaces were provided in the parking lot between KC and the Medical School, which amounts to a total of 310 parking spaces in the area around the KC", they specified in the announcement.
The city administration thanked all citizens who had patience and understanding during the period when there were traffic jams and problems with an insufficient number of parking spaces in that area.
"The public will be informed in a timely manner about all changes in the parking regime in the relevant part of the city, as well as in the regime of its collection," the statement added.
