Mayor Ivan Vuković is allegedly dissatisfied with the work of certain directors, so he is changing the management of several Podgorica city utility companies, it was confirmed to "Vijesta" from several sources.
The first to be hit is "Zelenilo", where instead of the current acting director Radmila Vujošević, the management of the company will be entrusted to the current director of "Čistoće" Daca Popović. She will perform this function until the conclusion of the competition for the director, which was announced at the end of 2018.
Vujošević was allegedly told to resign due to a series of abuses. According to the knowledge of "Vijesti", she did not react to the abuse of certain employees, fights in that company, but also intimidated the employees with three colleagues in order to give up their rights - lawsuits for payment of the unpaid part of transportation and hot meals that the company owes them for years.
At the end of December last year, "Vijesti" asked the capital city for answers to questions about the problems in "Zelenil", after months they received answers that everything is functional in that company.
"Zelenilo DOO is a company that operates positively in accordance with the relevant laws governing its operations. The relations of the management, employees and their representatives in this company are based on agreement, cooperation and mutual understanding, and no one is deprived of any right that belongs to him".
"Zelenila workers Nemanja Đurović, Dragan Vojinović and Radojica Bojović reject any connection with the events attributed to them in this anonymous report. Bojović, employed as a boiler operator, was one of the actors in the isolated incident he had with a colleague. The disciplinary authority will decide on the severity of the incident and the measure imposed on that basis. This event, with the alleged elements of physical violence, Zelenilo DOO condemns, but also the deliberate oversizing of this case for the purpose of damaging the reputation of individuals who have nothing to do with the case, as well as the collective as a whole," the now former acting director replied to "Vijesta".
Although the employees of that company claim that Vujošević did not regularly pay the income from the sale of plants at the stall on March 8 for 2015, 2016 and 2017 into the company's coffers, the answer was that "markets from flower sales exhibitions were paid regularly and properly".
Vujošević could be the assistant to the director of "Zelenil", because the Board of Directors of that company, at the session held at the end of January, passed the Decision on amending the Statute, according to which the company should have two assistants.
As Popović will take over "Zelenilo", the head of the company "Čistoća" will most likely be taken over by the former commander of the Protection and Rescue Service Andrija Čađenović.
His place, i.e. the head of the Protection and Rescue Service, could be taken by Goran Janković, the current head of the Communal Police.
According to "Vijesti" interlocutors, the previous head of the Municipal Inspection could be Miloš Novović, the previous head of the Municipal Inspection.
"Vijesti" contacted all current and former directors, but they did not want to comment on the changes or did not respond to calls.
The final word on all these appointments should be given by the Assembly of the Capital City, in which DPS and its coalition have the majority.
The procedure also dictates that these proposals, before being on the agenda of the Assembly, pass the Selection and Appointments Committee.
The Assembly previously elected Srđa Miljanić, who replaced Slobodan Stanović, to the position of director of the "Funeral Company", and Nela Savković Vukčević, who succeeded Ivana Mrvaljević, has been the head of the City Theater since December.
The competition for the director of "Water and sewerage" has ended, and the most serious candidate for that position is the current acting Filip Makrid.
