The Council of the Agency for Electronic Media made a decision at today's session that reality programs will be broadcast in the limited period from 23 pm to XNUMX am.
As announced, this decision of the Council is the result of many months of activities and analysis, especially during and after the meeting of regulatory bodies from the region, held in July this year in Budva.
"Amendments to the Rulebook will be the subject of a public hearing, which will be organized in the coming period, the maintenance of which is a legal obligation," the Council announced.

The regulatory body for electronic media in Serbia (REM) decided yesterday to recommend a ban on broadcasting all reality shows in that country before 23 p.m.
"Strict instructions will be formulated already today, in which broadcasters will be ordered to broadcast reality programs exclusively after 23 p.m., marked 18 plus. The instructions will be binding and will probably come into force at the beginning of next week," said Goran Karadžić from REM.
The decision was explained by the broadcasting of a large number of reality shows, which, as pointed out, undermines the diversity of programs on the basis of which the broadcasters received licenses.
