The president of the Chamber of Public Executors, Siniša Mugoša, initiated the procedure for the construction of a gas station in the Podgorica settlement of Donja Gorica.
Mugoša submitted a request for consent to the Elaboration of Environmental Impact Assessment, the Environmental Protection Agency announced yesterday. In the announcement of the Agency, it is written that the investor Siniša Mugoš is building the pump on cadastral plots 3943 and 4082/1. According to the data of the Real Estate Administration, the second plot is owned by the Capital City.
Mugoša, however, claims that he has nothing to do with that business and that the pump, where the sale of liquefied petroleum gas (gas) is planned, is being built on the plot that he sold, and which is still in his name.
"It's about a plot of land that I sold earlier. This is done by another investor, and it is only in my name", said Mugoša briefly.
In the notification of the Agency, it is decisively written that the investor is Siniša Mugoš, and not another legal or physical person. It is also stated that the public debate on the Elaborate on the assessment of the impact of construction on the environment will be held in the official premises of the Chamber of Public Executors, of which Mugoša is the president.
The Commission for the Prevention of Conflict of Interest stated about half a year ago that notaries and public executors, including Mugoša, are breaking the law, because they do not declare their assets.
An explosive device was thrown in front of the front door of the office where the public hearing will be held at the end of September.
Police have not yet identified the person responsible for the attack.
Mugoša was registered as the owner of the land in July
According to the data of the Real Estate Administration, plot 3943, of almost 2.000 square meters, is located on Mugoš.
It says that Mugoša acquired the real estate by purchase, which was registered on July 24 of this year.
In the cadastral data, it can be seen that the president of the Chamber owns property in Donja Gorica.
Mugoša inherited a little more than 1.000 square meters, while the rest of the property of about 2.000 square meters was purchased.
Encumbrances were registered on part of his property, among other things, that there is no proof of ownership and that he does not have building permits.
