Mirko Radojević claims that the Montenegrin Electric Transmission System (CGES) has announced the continuation of the works, which, as he claims, imply "the usurpation of his property" in the village of Gornja Brezna, in Piva, and it was pointed out to him that this time, if stop, "suffer serious consequences".
Ten days ago, the CGES, accompanied by the police and an ambulance, tried to enter the Radojević property, but the police refused assistance. The CGES refers to the Decision on the temporary measure which, as Radojević claims, was issued illegally and outside of jurisdiction by the judge of the Basic Court in Nikšić.
"CGES expropriated 154 square meters of my plot with a total area of 6.000 square meters, and destroyed the entire plot, they cut down the forest, built a corridor, filled the road, all without a single piece of paper. Proceedings are ongoing, but despite that, they announced to me yesterday that they will start usurping my property again, and warned me that if I prevent them from doing so, I could be arrested and pay draconian fines," says Radojević.
He wonders if he is a second-class citizen when CGES, as he says, with the help of individuals from the courts, the police and the Real Estate Directorate, is trying to convince him that he has no rights to his property.
"Now they are trying to occupy my property and use it for work on the basis of the Temporary Measure Decision, which only allows them access to their 154-square-meter plot. They will not enter the property that is my property, which they have already completely destroyed, so if someone is going to arrest me because I am defending the usurpation and occupation of my property, let them arrest me. I'm in Brezni, I left my family, my job, I'm suffering huge damage because I have to stand guard here and not allow my property to be stolen", said Radojević.
