The Secretariat for Culture and Education of the Municipality of Herceg-Novi has announced a competition for the awarding of student scholarships and awards for the academic year 2018/19. A year.

The right to the prize is awarded to the most successful students in their final year of study who, in all previous years, had a success index of 10. If several candidates have the same success, priority will be given to the candidate who, during his studies, has received more awards in knowledge competitions, various sports, cultural events and socio-humanitarian actions.
Scholarships for the academic year 2018/19. year, the Municipality will award to students of basic and specialist academic and applied studies, as well as master of academic and applied studies who have passed all exams from the previous year and achieved an average grade of 9,00. The scholarship is awarded for one academic year and will be paid monthly, for ten months of the academic year, with no obligation to repay.
People with disabilities, members of the Roma community, beneficiaries of material security, as well as students who, during their previous schooling, were sent as children without parental care to Ju Dječji dom "Mladost" Bijela by decision of the competent Center for Social Work, can exercise the right to a scholarship, regardless of the grade point average. from the previous year, in accordance with the stated conditions.
