Doctor Sreten Kavarić spoke about the importance of changing lifestyles and healthy lifestyles, and in general what physical activity means for the body.
The main aikido instructor and Montenegrin selector Predrag Burić and all the instructors of the Montenegrin Aikido Association made a presentation, and then included the children, who were interested in trying out some of the aikido techniques right away on the mats.
Executive Director of NVU "Inter*mont" Mirjana Volarić said that sport is definitely the fastest way to integration and socialization for people with impaired hearing and speech.
The children were given notebooks and notebooks, on the covers of which flyers and posters were printed with information about healthy lifestyles, aikido sports, the Montenegrin Aikido Association and its president Predrag Burić, as well as Steven Segal, the biggest promoter of aikido sports.
Velimir Vlahović said that the goal is to involve as many children as possible in sports activities, to see that they can socialize, have fun and have a good time.
"Regardless of the sport in question, the culture of sports, and therefore a healthy life, should be influenced," he said.
The presentation was held under the auspices of the Government Commission for the distribution of part of the income from games of chance and organized by NVU "Inter*mont" and the Montenegrin Aikido Association
