MANS competition for the training of investigative journalists and NGOs

The Network for the Affirmation of the Non-Governmental Sector (MANS) has announced a competition for the training of investigative journalists and non-governmental organizations, in order to familiarize them with useful techniques for collecting and researching data that may indicate corruption.

As part of the "Zero Tolerance for Corruption" project, which is supported by the European Union, MANS, as announced, organizes special training modules for journalists and representatives of non-governmental organizations.

MANS said that the goal of the training is to familiarize participants with useful techniques for collecting and researching data that may indicate corruption.

They added that the techniques can also point to violations of the law and thus increase the ability of participants to more independently successfully investigate and report concrete cases of corruption.

"At the training modules, interested journalists and representatives of NGOs will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the tools that the Research Center of MANS uses in their daily work," says the announcement.

MANS explained that along with the application for training, it is necessary to submit a short work biography and motivational letter, and the trainings will be organized in Podgorica.
