On the first day of the new year, a recently completed facade fell from the building near the "Most" gallery under Mali Brdo, blocking the exit for the tenants.
They decided to do a new facade last year, and some of them even paid around 1.500 euros to make the building look nicer.
However, 20 days after the work was done, they noticed that the material was of extremely poor quality.
The tenant told "Vijesta" that they called the number of the company that works on the facades and that after that they were visited by an elderly man who had been working on the building by himself for about a month.
After the work was done, she claims, he didn't give them any guarantees, they just received handwritten blank invoices.
"We paid per square meter, and since we don't have a house council president, we were cheated," said a fellow citizen, adding that they don't even have a contract for the work done.
After the facade fell, the tenants decided to look for the worker and the company, however, no one answered the available phone numbers.
However, they kept the invoices on which the address and registration number of the company are written, as well as the activity code, which they submitted to "Vijesti" for inspection.
On the website of the Central Register of Business Entities, it is written that under that number the company "Home dome", with its headquarters at the address Oktobarska revolucije, is registered for engineering activities and technical consulting.
The director and owner of the company, as stated on the "MontenegroCompanies.eu" website, is Darko Tošković, with whom "Vijesti" was unable to get in touch, because the available phone numbers were disconnected.
