A group of employees at Societe Generale Bank Montenegro collected more than 1.000 euros for the Resource Center for Education and Training of Children with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism "June 1".
They, in a volunteer action in the Delta city shopping center on Saturday, collected money for a donation to the Resource Center.
"At the day-long humanitarian campaign, the employees distributed treats that they had prepared themselves. The products served only as an incentive for citizens to give a voluntary contribution. The primary school students of the Center "1. jun" who contributed to the drawings. 1.210 euros were collected," the bank announced.
The money will be used to improve working conditions at the school, and the action is an initiative of the "SGME Connect" employee group, which recognized the need to donate for these purposes.
Societe Generale Bank Montenegro has been giving New Year's packages to school students for years and, as they announced, strives to make them a useful and responsible member of Montenegrin society through actions and donations.
This year, the bank also gave away 150 New Year's packages for the students of the "June 1" Center.
