On December 2, Judge Danilo Jegdić will decide whether the former dean of the Faculty of Law, Drago Radulović, was illegally dismissed from that position in October two years ago.
It is Radulović filed a lawsuit against the University of Montenegro and asked for the annulment of the decision of the UCG Board of Directors on his dismissal.
The Management Board of UCG dismissed Radulović due to continuous disrespect and ignoring of the decisions of that university body, because he did not submit any of the requested data within the stipulated period. Although he submitted almost all the necessary data within the subsequently approved deadline, the Supervisory Board decided by majority vote that Radulović no longer performs the function of dean.
Radulović then told the media that the board's decision was based on flat-rate and untrue assessments and that the only thing that is true of all that is being blamed on him is that he did not submit the reports on business and earnings at the Faculty of Law on time.
"Everything else, including all other reports, including those related to complaints due to the alleged mobbing of non-selected employees, who repeatedly submitted the same complaints only with different dates, we submitted in a timely manner and we have proper documentation for this," he said earlier.
