The previous successful cooperation between Bar and Nuremberg should be crowned by the signing of the Agreement on Cooperation between these two cities, whose leaders signed a Memorandum of Understanding in 2013, the usual "precursor" to the signing of the Agreement on Cooperation - it was pointed out on both sides at today's meeting of the President of the Municipality of Bar, Dušan Raičević and Dr. Tomas Bauer, President of the Government of the German region of Middle Franconia.
These days, Bauer is staying in Bar with a delegation of the FRAMOG Montenegrin-Frankish Friendship Society from Nuremberg, whose members are traditionally guests of the city of Bar every September, and which is led by native Baran Ljubo Dabović, one of the prominent members of the Montenegrin diaspora in Germany.
"President Raičević thanked Dr. Bauer, Dabović and the members of FRAMOG for their visit and reminded them of their numerous humanitarian activities in Bar in the last fifteen years," the office of the President of the Municipality announced on this occasion.
