The President of the Nedakusi Local Community, Željko Raičević, said last night that several Muslim neighbors, who spoke to him after the citizens' meeting, promised him that they would speak to Enis Efendi Burdžović and suggest that, due to the reduction of tensions in that Bjelopolje settlement, the tone of the call to prayer should be reduced - he calls from the loudspeaker of the mosque to the prayer.
The call to prayer is sounded at 17.23:XNUMX p.m. and around four in the morning and lasts for a few minutes.
Politicians of Bijelo Polje appealed yesterday for both Orthodox and Muslims to drop the ball and find a common solution to the problem which arose more than two weeks ago because of the call to prayer, which the Orthodox claim is too loud and disturbs their lives and peaceful sleep.
