The open day of the notary's office will be celebrated tomorrow, and notaries will provide free legal advice to interested citizens from 16 a.m. to XNUMX p.m.
On the occasion of the three years of work of the Chamber of Notaries, Montenegrin notaries, 45 of them in 14 municipalities of Montenegro, will provide free legal advice tomorrow from 16 a.m. to XNUMX p.m.
"The Chamber of Notaries of Montenegro invites citizens who have dilemmas or questions regarding the acquisition, transfer, limitation and termination of property rights and other real rights on immovable property, their registration in the real estate cadastre and public registers, to visit the nearest notary office, where they will receive a free legal advice on the method and procedure by which they will protect their rights and legal interests in the best way," the institution announced.
As they stated, the goal of the action is to bring the young, notary profession in Montenegro closer to the citizens, as well as the wide range of notary services it can provide.
It was announced that on the occasion of the third anniversary of the introduction of the notary in the legal system of Montenegro, representatives of the Chamber of Notaries will visit the Komanski Most Institute in Podgorica at 11 a.m. and hand over a donation.
