Although the construction site is not properly marked with a board with all the necessary data required by the Law on Design and Construction, in the middle of the city beach in Tivat yesterday, heavy machinery started earthworks for the construction of another residential building on sea foam.
It is about the construction site of the "business building in the function of tourism of the tourist object of the condo hotel", for which the construction permit was issued by the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism on March 31.
The permit was issued to the investor, Russian citizen Oleg Khukli from Saint Petersburg, who is represented by Ivan Peković from Tivat and Tomislav Nikolić from Zagreb.
According to the permit signed by the Director General of the Construction Directorate, Danilo Gvozdenović, a large building of over 655 square meters will be built on two small plots of 1.320 square meters, next to the city beach, on the promenade of Captain Ivo Vizin between the hotel "Palma" and the restaurant "Lungo mare".
It will have a basement, ground floor and two floors. A permit was issued to the Russian investor despite the fact that he did not receive municipal approvals within the legal deadline.
