Mugoš gave the plot to the godfather Đukanović

The mayor of Podgorica, Miomir Mugoša, personally made the decision to transfer 1.579 square meters of city construction land next to the Vila Gorica state residence to Vladan Ivanović, a close friend of the Đukanović family.

On the plot, which was a green area but was repurposed by the city's Decision, the construction of a 480-square-meter house is underway, in which, according to information from "Vijesti", Prime Minister Milo Đukanović should move in.

Although, as written on the board, the work is planned to be completed in 18 months (start of work on September 30, 2013), currently the construction machines have stopped.
