The company "Šajo Group" opened today the hotel "Crnogorska kuća" with an ethnic restaurant in Dalmatinska Street in Podgorica.
Manager Marija Rakčević said that what separates their offer from others is the ethnic restaurant, where authentic Montenegrin products are served, starting with food, drinks, and fruit.
"The groceries are exclusively from Montenegro, of organic origin. Meat and poultry as well, cheeses and cream, prosciutto, that's all from our climate. Integral flour, instead of sugar, we serve honey, as well as divka coffee", said Rakčević.
She said that the complex was conceived in such a way that it consists of the old unit, that is, the restaurant, to which the modern part with nine rooms is added.
"It is a combination of traditional and modern. The hotel will have four stars, and the categorization will be completed next week," Rakčević said, adding that the Novi hotel in Igalo operates as part of the Šajo Group.
The co-owner of Šajo Group, Žarko Rakčević, said that the ethno-restaurant was conceived as a unity of diversity, where they also promote Montenegrin producers.
"This is a real national restaurant. The offer includes, among other things, blueberries from Plav, apples from Bijelo Polje, a range of cheeses, prosciutto, river and sea fish, young cheese from Bjelopavlić. Wheat from Pljevalje, buckwheat from Bijelo Polje," said Rakčević.
He emphasized that he will certainly enrich his offer even more with time, as well as that many products have the "Monteorganika" certificate.
