Valentina Kovačević from Podgorica, ex-wife of national team goalkeeper coach Dragoje Leković, filed a criminal complaint against the head of the Football Association of Montenegro (FSCG).
In the criminal report, it was stated that FSCG President Dejan Savićević, General Secretary Momir Đurđevac and Head of Accounting Cveta Orlandić used their official position and illegally obtained property benefits for her ex-husband Leković in the amount of more than 30.000 euros.
Kovačević claims that they did it by reducing Leković's salary by 50 percent and canceling bonuses for the results achieved.
"That money, which he was supposed to receive on the basis of the mentioned premiums, was given to him, avoiding tax obligations. All this was done in order not to comply with the legally binding decision of the court that my ex-husband should pay up to 50 percent of child support in full. of their monthly income," said Kovačević, who has three children with Leković.
Kovačević divorced Leković by mutual consent in May 2007.
Kovačević said that because of her problem, she addressed the Minister of Justice Duško Marković, the Prime Minister Milo Đukanović, the Ombudsman, the Center for Social Work, the Women's House
"He never complied with paying alimony. In August 2011, I filed a criminal complaint against my ex-husband. In November 2011, based on my lawsuit, the Basic Court again ordered that half of his income be transferred to my account," Kovačević said.
She claims that in December 2011, Leković had a salary of 1.000 euros at FSCG.
"From that salary, 500 euros were transferred to my account. The following month, that is, in January 2012, he received twice as much salary, so 250 euros were transferred to my account. In addition, the children did not receive a cent from the premiums, although after each game national team players and coaching staff receive bonuses for the achieved results, which amount to several thousands of euros each," claims Kovačević.
She explained that only from September 2010 to June 2011, 6.500 euros were paid to Leković through the FSCG account, in the name of premiums.
"The children did not receive 50 percent of that money, as they were supposed to. After that, his premiums were allegedly canceled. I have a reasonable doubt that he receives the premiums with his hands, which means that no tax is paid. That is why on April 24 of this year I also addressed the Tax Administration, from which they said that they would check the accounts of FSCG", Kovačević said.
She pointed out that in January 2013 the court issued a new verdict that Leković was guilty of failure to pay alimony in the period from December 2010, 11 to November 2011, 75. The verdict states that Leković was sentenced to XNUMX days in prison.
Kovačević said that her ex-husband earns income from both Scotland and Saudi Arabia. She pointed out that because of her problem, she addressed the Minister of Justice Duško Marković, the Prime Minister Milo Đukanović, the Ombudsman, the Center for Social Work, the Women's House.

Kovačević announced that in March 2012 she called General Secretary Momir Đurđevac, regarding the reduction of her ex-husband's salary.
"I asked why his salary was halved, to which Đurđevac replied that I had no right to inquire about that, because it was their internal matter," she said.
