KCCG : Presented project of central scheduling of examinations

The project of central scheduling of examinations in outpatient clinics and clinics of the Clinical Center of Montenegro (KCCG) will start on Monday, announced the director of that institution, Milan Mijović, assessing that the project will improve the quality of life of citizens.

Today, he presented the project of central scheduling of examinations at KCCG, and said that it will be applied in phases, due to the large number of patients who have instructions for that health center.

"The project will start from Monday for the surgical Clinic, the ENT Clinic, and next week it will be transferred to urology and nephrology, and to all 14 points in the Polyclinic," said Mijović at the press conference.

According to him, when the implementation of the project at the large Polyclinic is completed, implementation will also begin at the old Medical School, at the Oncology Clinic and the Institute for Children's Diseases.

Mijović explained that the project works by the fact that insured persons in the Health Center receive a referral to KCCG, which contains a barcode from the booklet with their basic administrative data.

"With such an instruction, the patient comes to the Polyclinic counter every working day from 19:020 a.m. to 241:224 p.m., sends it by fax to XNUMX XNUMX XNUMX, or by e-mail to the address zakazenje.amb@kccg.me," specified Mijović.

He said that the referral received in this way will be processed within a few seconds and that the patient will receive a card with a special protected number, the outpatient clinic and the time of his appointment.

"With that confirmation, the patient comes five to ten minutes before the examination, puts it on the display in front of the clinic, and the moment a cross appears next to his number, he can enter the clinic by himself," Mijović said.

He stated that the application of the project to other health institutions in Montenegro is planned by the new year, stating that he expects that by next year the project will be implemented in the whole of Montenegro.

Mijović said that the project is complicated, stating that a large number of countries in the surrounding area failed to implement it and that it did not even pass the test tests.

"The project will achieve the satisfaction of our citizens and increase the quality of life, because they will know exactly the exact time for the examination, the trips from home to the hospital will be reduced, and on the other hand, it will enable us to organize much better," he said.

The new website of the Clinical Center

Today, Mijović presented the new KCCG website, which, as he stated, will make the work of that health center available to all citizens, especially the media.

"On the front page of the website, we publish news about what happened in the past 24 hours in KCCG, every morning at 30:XNUMX a.m.," he said. Mijović said that the website also contains news from KCCG, where questions, texts and articles from the media will be published in their entirety.

"What is most important for us is the guide for patients, in which we want them to have absolutely all the information related to KCCG", he stated. Mijović said that the website contains a sector on public procurement, in which, as he stated, all documents will be published.

"We think that this project will significantly improve the work of KCCG, transparency, that certain documents contained on the site have an anti-corruption character and will eliminate pub stories, comments that have been passed down for years, and are related to the public procurement system," he concluded. is he.
