Berane: Criminal complaint against Lutovac due to construction permit

The Berana police filed a criminal complaint against the Secretary for Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection of the Municipality of Berana, Branislav Lutovac, on suspicion of abusing his official position.

Lutovac, as reported by Television Vijesti, is accused of having issued a building permit to the Directorate of Traffic for the repair of the Berane - Lubnica road on April 17, even though the water pipes had not been moved before that.

The road was built by the company Bemax from Podgorica, which broke a water pipe during the works, after which a stomach epidemic broke out in Berane.

Because of the damage to the water pipe, a criminal complaint was previously filed against Bemax and its director Veselin Kovačević.
