Olivera Milačić: I will certainly give money before the arrival of Cavali

Although the company "Murano Montenegro" is planning a fashion show by the famous fashion designer Robert Kavali on June 10, it has not yet paid the donations to "Komanski Most" and the Resource Center for Children and Youth Podgorica, which were promised last year and for which it organized a "charity event" in Podgorica ".

In the middle of last year, the same organizer organized a donor evening, and the collected money was supposed to be paid to two institutions, which did not happen. The organizer of last year's event, Olivera Milačić, told "Vijesta" that she will use her own funds to pay donations to the "Komanski Most" and the Resource Center for Children and Youth in Podgorica.

"I plan to pay four thousand each to the institutions to which money was to be donated at last year's event," said Milačić, who said the same thing at the beginning of February.

Milačić now said that "it is planned that the money will be paid by the start of the gala event in Budva".

A fashion show in Podgorica was organized on June 2 last year, and it was planned that 7.000 euros would go to "Komanski Most" for the sensory rooms, while the rest was intended for the Resource Center for Excursions of High School Graduates.

Milačić said in February that the reason for the non-payment of money was the poor response from donors: "At the donor dinner and after it, we encountered a disappointing response from donors. At the donor dinner itself on June 2 of last year, 200 "donors" gathered in Roman Square, of which donated, i.e. paid for the donor ticket (50 euros), only nine of them. Therefore, we barely managed to pay for the organization of the donor evening itself".

When asked why it was then announced that this amount of money had been collected, Milačić replied that she trusted the donors to honor the agreement. Donors that Milacic stated promised help, "Ljetopis automotive" and "Altas group", said that they did not promise any donation at the event, and that if they had been contacted directly by the institutions, help would certainly not have been missing.

At the beginning of June, the glamorous evening, which was attended by well-known names from show business, was opened by the first man of the capital, Miomir Mugoša, who was also the co-organizer of the event. In February, the Capital City did not respond to a letter from "Vijesti" about whether they were aware of the fact that they had helped the organization of the donor event, but the money had still not been paid.

In addition to Croatian presenter Nikolina Pišek, who hosted the program, the donor evening was "enriched" by fashion designer Marko Mitanovski, singer Aleksandra Kovač and Montenegrin actor Slavko Kalezić.

Among the well-known guests, the donor evening was attended by representatives of the embassies of the United States of America, who bought four tickets, and of the United Arab Emirates, and the ticket price for the fashion show was 50 euros.
