The "Roads" workers, by order of the Secretariat for Communal Affairs and Traffic, "covered" the narrow part of Dalmatinska Street with asphalt again and patched numerous holes in the roadway.
"A new layer of asphalt has been installed, we are trying to do it as well as possible. The workers were also engaged in Zabjelo, where Dušana Milutinović, Janko Đonović and Miladin Popović Streets were asphalted and patched," said the secretary of the Secretariat for Communal Affairs and Traffic, Miomir M Mugosha.
He said that the workers were also repairing Miljana Vukova Street, as well as that there is still a lot of work to be done on city roads, because the weather conditions were not in favor of the road workers.
"If the weather permits, we will continue to work in the following days. If it rains, there will be no asphalting, but we will cut the damaged asphalt on the roads. We started with the streets in the city center and are moving towards the outskirts," said Mugoša.
He said that 62 workers of "Roads" were engaged in those jobs.
