Vjera Vujović, a resident of Podgorica, claims that the Secretariat for Communal Affairs and Traffic unjustifiably canceled her reservation for a parking space for a disabled person, while the authorities from that city office claim that they did it because she gave an incorrect residential address.
Vujović stated that she has a decision from the Secretariat, which approves her reservation of one parking space in Moskovska street, for the vehicle PG DJ 708.
She submitted that document to "Vijesti", in which it is written that the decision to reserve a parking space was issued in January of this year, with a term of validity until December 31.
"There was also a sign of my license plates placed in the parking lot, but now it has been removed. I still park in that place, because I think that right belongs to me", said Vujović.
The Secretariat informed "Vijesti" that "a tenant from Moskovska Street submitted an oral objection to the reservation decision for Vujović and reported that she does not have a residence at Moskovska 12".
"We obtained a certificate from the Ministry of Internal Affairs that Vujović has been residing in Podgorica since 1982, and she has been living in Moskovska since March 21 of this year, which is the opposite of the certificate that the party subsequently submitted," the Secretariat said. They pointed out that they invited Vujović to testify in the proceedings, but the invitation could not be delivered, because the tenants of Moskovska 12 did not want to receive the document from the Municipality.
"In the second attempt, Vujović was contacted by phone, but she stated that 'I will not receive anything from you.' According to the certificate from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, it was established that Vujović did not have a registered place of residence at Moskovska 12 at the time of the issuance of the said authorization, thus she misled the authorized person, and she did not respond to the call to explain the stated circumstances, the conditions for its cancellation have been met solutions", according to the Secretariat.
Vujović told "Vijesti" that these are fabrications and that she has been living at that address since 2017.
