Failed tender of 5,2 million euros for led lamps in Podgorica

The company "Communal Services" suspended the tender, worth 5,2 million euros, for the procurement and installation of LED lamps in the area of ​​the capital and the municipalities of Golubovci and Tuzi, because no valid offer was submitted.

On May 18 of the current year, the offer of the company "Nova energija", which submitted the most favorable offer of 4.637.489 euros, was chosen as the most favorable bidder. The "Communal Services" company, at the proposal of the commission for the opening and evaluation of bids, annulled that decision, after the appeal of the "Čelebić" company was partially accepted.

On May 18, the commission for the opening and evaluation of offers evaluated the offer of the company "Čelebić" of 5,1 million euros as the second-ranked one. It rejected the offers of the consortium "Artek" and "Civil engineer", the consortium "Inesa Europa left" and "Roaming Montenegro" and the joint offer of "Svjetlosti" as incorrect.

In the decision to suspend the tender, it is stated that the offer of the "Nova energija" consortium is incorrect, because "it was not made in accordance with the conditions established in the tender documentation".

The tender stipulated that LED lighting should be provided to the settlements of Arza, Traboin, Vitoja, Pothum, Drešević, Gornje Drume, Skorać, Sukuruć, Kodrabudan, Vuksanlekići, Vranj, Vladne, Šipčanik, Kuće Rakića, Tuški Rogami, Ulica Adžovića, Gornji Milješ, Dinoša, New boulevard Dinoša, Akškabanovići, Karabuško polje, Tojeđ, Milješ, Donji Milješ, Dinoša-Hadžaj, Tuzi and Dinoša.
