Unknown vandals destroyed the yard of the building on St. Peter Cetinjski Boulevard and threw stones and eggs at the residents who tried to oppose them.
On that occasion, they broke two panes of glass on the windows of the apartment, and the owner, whose balcony was also dirty with eggs, claims that it was revenge.
"I found a pile of stones on the terrace, and somehow they managed to break the iron fence that enclosed the balcony. "Vandals have been doing all kinds of things here for some time, but with this they have exceeded all measures," she said angrily.
Not wanting her name to be mentioned for fear of a new attack, she said that last week she informed the police that minors were destroying the yard and pointed out that she did not know if and what they had done.
DZ from the same building told "Vijesta" that yesterday morning he found garbage in front of the building and a broken hose used to water the yard, a destroyed bench, a burning tree...
"They left us the hose in pieces no bigger than twenty centimeters. We don't know what to do, who to turn to, we called the police several times, but they didn't respond," said the frightened tenant.
Tenants claim that for three months, children aged 11 to 17 have been gathering in front of the building and behind it, in the park, to drink, smoke cigarettes and marijuana, break benches, light fires, shout...
DM fears for himself and the children, because he thinks that groups of "little hooligans" are ready for anything.
"That's not normal. They got revenge on a neighbor by throwing eggs at her apartment door. They set their shirts on fire, then run around the building waving them. About twenty days ago, they set fire to a tree in the park around which they gather. We spent the whole day putting out the fire. I mean that all tenants from entrance 79 to 89 are in danger," he believes.
Citizens claim that they come around eight in the evening and "party" until late at night.
They are surprised by the strange behavior of the children, they believe that the main problem is home education and non-application of the law.
"I don't think their parents know what their children are doing. If there were police, they would come one night and arrest them all, so they wouldn't do it again," said one resident.
