The representative of the former spokeswoman of "Atlas" Television, Sonja Ilić, lawyer Bojana Bošnjak, pointed out that the Rulebook on the systematization of jobs in that television does not provide for the position of spokesperson, nor the position of webmaster, which, in her opinion, is clear evidence that it is discrimination against the plaintiff. who worked both jobs in that media house.
Ilić sued "Atlas" for bullying, salary reduction, forced signing of the annex to the employment contract, mental pain and violation of personal rights. He is seeking compensation of 20.000 euros.
"I remind you that program manager and deputy executive director Meliha Ramusović stated in her statement that the Rulebook provides for two persons to perform the work of television spokesperson, which is not true, because neither is provided for," said Bošnjak.
The proceedings in the Basic Court in Podgorica were also initiated by the presenters of the discontinued show "Glamour Noir", Jelena Filipović, Olivera Čolović and Milica Marković, who are demanding EUR 75.000 in compensation from "Atlas" television.
Television's representative, lawyer Igor Martinović, referred to the Report on the plaintiff's temporary inability to work and her Request for termination of employment, which in his opinion unequivocally indicate that there was no discrimination against her, but that the cause of the temporary inability to work was pregnancy, and the reason for the termination of the employment relationship, the transfer of Ilić to another workplace.
Bošnjak objected, stating that discrimination was the main reason why Ilić requested the termination of the employment contract, and that she started her trial work in the Assembly one month after the decision on the termination of the employment relationship was passed.
"It is quite common for a certain period of time to pass between the termination of employment and the establishment of a new one, because one cannot be employed by two full-time employers at the same time," said Martinović.
The trial continues on July 11, when the hearing of the former executive director of "Atlas" Tatjana Obradović is planned.
