Regarding the text "Before the elections, they mined the wild construction and returned the land to the owners", the representatives of the NGO "Park šuma Zagorič" reacted, noting that they started construction on municipal land and that at one time they received a promise from the city administration that they would fit in all the houses, with the exception of buildings that are located on the route of the road, water supply, or transmission line.
"The question arises as to how the land was returned, for which compensation was once paid during the confiscation in 1952, in 50 equal monthly installments of 500.000 dinars each, and 204.000 dinars in state bonds?
How could the GUP from 1990 be taken into account when returning when there is a GUP from 28.02.2007. year, in which it is written that the land will be used as built-up land for individual housing or cemeteries.
"It is true that the heirs of the Vučinić family were registered as owners in the Real Estate Administration after the return of the land, but instead of social property of the Podgorica Municipality," said the representatives of the NGO "Park šuma Zagorič".
"Since 2000, we have been told by representatives of the municipality and the mayor of Mugoša that we will pay the land to the municipality, that we will only deal with them, that all the houses will fit in, except for those on the route of the road, water supply, and power lines."
They emphasized that they could not accept Vučinić's prices of 50-70 euros per square meter.
"In the court judgments, the price is 35 euros, and for us it is significantly less, unlike the lawyer Vanja Mugoša, for whom it is a slight reduction, at a time when the economic crisis is shaking financially much stronger countries", said the representatives of the NGO "Park šuma Zagorič ", stressing that the value of land is falling day by day, and only in the forest park is it increasing.
The representatives of that non-governmental organization reminded that the residents of the park are people from trouble, who are there "out of necessity", they had to work hard to provide their family with some kind of roof over their heads, but also to escape from ten years of tenant life.
"In the forest park live former tenants, social cases, refugees, former workers, who lost their jobs and remained poor, but, nevertheless, proud citizens of Montenegro, a legal and civil state, who, we hope, will not turn their heads from material and legally vulnerable citizens.
How nice the word 'usurpers' sounds, and if we remember a little, all those 'usurpers' worked somewhere, paid for the housing fund, and sometimes had two or more members of the household.
"In the forest park live former tenants, social cases, refugees, former workers, who lost their jobs and remained poor, but, nevertheless, proud citizens of Montenegro, a legal and civil state, which, we hope, will not turn its head from material and legal vulnerable citizens
Where is that money now, and the apartments for those 'usurpers', asked the representatives of the NGO "Park Forest Zagorič".
They said they wanted a peaceful solution to the problem and emphasized that they never said they would not pay for the land on which they built the houses.
"Since 2000, we have been told by the representative of the municipality and the mayor, Miomir Mugoša, that we will pay the land to the municipality, that we will only deal with them, that all the houses will fit in, except for those on the route of the road, water supply, power lines... which are not can fit in - they will be destroyed.
We do not know why the expert opinion of an agricultural expert is unnecessary, when it is known that the houses were built on municipal land, which had the status of agricultural land until 2007, when it was transformed into urban construction land, and the buildings were brought to use.
"The residents of Park Šume did not 'usurp' the land of Vučinić, but of the Municipality of Podgorica, as it is written in all our documents"
The residents of Park Forest did not "usurp" the land of Vučinić, but of the Municipality of Podgorica, as it is written in all our documents.
We do not agree that the NGO "Park Šuma" is trying to abuse the media and put pressure on the court, because we have no need for that.
We have full confidence in our judiciary. Our main goal is to solve the problems of the population of Park Šume", it is stated in response to the statement of lawyer Vanja Mugoša.
The Germans financed the construction of the sewage system
"Your comment that they would defend our land with more brutal methods than litigation is very funny, if it is known that the land belonged to the municipality and not to Vučinić.
Mr. Mugoša, when we were building houses, if there was a will, we could not and should not build.
"We agree that disputes should be resolved or should have been resolved at the negotiating table, in a fair and just way, but it all turned out differently, not by our will but by yours, because you had no understanding and ear for the problem that you dragged us into individually"
Who allowed it, who drew the houses for us in the Real Estate Administration, did we put pressure on the court there as well and, finally, where did we get water, electricity, sewage, which was financed by the German organization "Help"?
Hadn't we put pressure on them?
Until 2010, when lawsuits started arriving, we didn't even know that the land belonged to Vučinić. "On the basis of which it was determined that this particular land is within those boundaries, exactly where our houses are, that is, on the basis of which the boundaries of the land inherited by the Vučinićs were determined," emphasized the reaction of the locals.
As they state, it is unacceptable to determine the price of an expert of the Basic Court on the basis of advertisements from daily newspapers and tender advertisements, because these are inflated prices for urbanized plots, not in park forest.
"Zeljezara Nikšić was also offered for 30 million, so now it is being sold for ten million euros. We agree that disputes should be resolved or should have been resolved at the negotiating table, in a fair and just way, but it all turned out differently, not by our will but yours, because you did not understand and listen to the problem that you dragged us into individually, and we are all in the same problem.
We note that we are always ready for fair and correct negotiations and agreements, and we say for the hundredth time: we are not usurpers or second-class citizens," reads the press release of the NGO "Park Šuma Zagorič".
