The organizing committee of the announced peaceful protest, scheduled for March 5 at 11.55:XNUMX a.m. in front of the building of the Higher and Basic Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje, invited citizens from the north and other parts to join and to jointly express dissatisfaction with the "catastrophic economic situation".
"We invite students and high school students to join, because this will show their dissatisfaction and make it known that they want a better future. Due to the great interest of the workers, we invite the owners of private companies from the north to release them from their obligations on that day and allow them to attend the protest," said the NGO representative. "Euromost" Almer Mekić.
All injured workers from Bijelo Polje, Beran, Rožaj, Mojkovac, Pljevlje, Andrijevica, Kolašin are invited to come to the protest and express their dissatisfaction together
"What about the funds that should have been given to you in order to survive. Don't forget Bioče. You could buy what you needed in Podgorica, only to have them wait for you in Bioče and take everything away from you or tax them. The special story is that it had to be allocated and for corrupt policemen. There is still Bioč, but in the shadows. Businessmen know it, but they keep quiet for fear of being imprisoned," said Mekić, stressing that the time has come for changes "so that we are all equal".
"By your absence from the protest, respected citizens of the north, you will confirm that life is good here and that we have no problems. This is the last chance to choose whether you are for better or worse tomorrow," said Mekić.
Ćalović and Keković to say whether they support the requests
Member of the Organizing Committee Svetozar Čabarkapa invites all injured workers from Bijelo Polje, Beran, Rožaj, Mojkovac, Pljevlja, Andrijevica, Kolašin to come to the protest and express their dissatisfaction together.
"It's better that we are all together side by side, rather than separately in groups. It's time for the funds and individuals from Podgorica to understand us seriously, who, together with individuals from the north, robbed our property, shares and brought us to this state. We are calling the Supreme State Prosecutor again Ranka Čarpić to dismiss the heads of prosecution offices in the north who did not respond to our criminal charges and allowed illegal things to happen. If she does not respond to our call, we will come to Podgorica to dismiss her," said Čabarkapa.
The organizing committee once again invited the executive director of MANS, Vanja Ćalović, and the general secretary of the Union of Free Trade Unions, Srđa Keković, to announce "whether they support the demands of the workers and citizens of the north".
"If they support, we invite them to come to the protest in Bijelo Polje and give their support. This will also show that the north is also part of the state of Montenegro and that the privatization was carried out illegally in our country, which brought us all to the brink of existence," it is stated. in the statement of the Organizing Committee of the protest in Bijelo Polje.
