For the drafting of founding acts of business entities in the form of a notarial document, according to the new tariff, notaries will charge twice as much instead of the current 300 euros, while drafting the statutes in the form of a notarial document will charge 200 euros, which was the lowest price according to the old tariff.

Tariffs have also been reduced for their engagements at the shareholders' meeting, making minutes. The prices for notary certificates and certifications, as well as for certifications of statements from business books and certifications of signatures, have remained the same.

The fee for making and submitting a request for entry in public books or competent registers such as the real estate cadastre, the Central Register of the Commercial Court, the Yacht Register has been reduced from 100 to 10 euros.

Issuance of a reissue or copy of a notarial deed, the notary will charge 25 euros instead of the previous 10 euros, and the same will be the cost of issuing a certificate of the existence of the original of the notarial deed, while the issuance of the original for the purpose of execution will now cost 150 euros instead of 50.
