On Thursday around 15:XNUMX, the police arrested the president of the "Stop Discrimination" Association Darko Rašović, the president of the Podgorica New Serbian Democracy Committee Radoš Zečević, Srđan Radulović, Radoslav Dragović and the juvenile JF on suspicion of spreading propaganda material, "Vijesti" has learned.
They were released at 22 p.m.
Basic State Prosecutor in Podgorica Ljiljana Klikovac told "Vijesta" last night that "those deprived of liberty were interrogated by Basic State Prosecutor Miroslav Turković until 22 p.m. on Thursday on suspicion of having committed a criminal offense under Article 378, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code, calling for resistance against state organs".
"DR and JF were found this morning in the grounds of the Medical School tearing up propaganda material with the content "boycott - no Serbian, no school". "All adults were brought to the prosecutor's office around 18 pm and questioned in the presence of their lawyers, after which the prosecutor decided not to detain them, and the proceedings against them will continue," said Klikovac.
In the CPC, in the article Calling for resistance, it is written that "who calls others to resist or to disobey the lawful decisions or measures of state authorities or to an official in the performance of an official act" will be punished with three years in prison.
From six months to five years can be given to the one who, as a result of such actions, failed to implement or made the implementation of a legal decision or measure of state authorities significantly more difficult.
