The fire in the territory of Rogam was localized, but due to the constant change in the wind, the fire came closer to the houses, which is why the firefighters had to respond early this morning.
"Due to the constant change in the wind, there are still oscillations in small locations, where in the early morning the firefighters had to fight fires that came close to houses," said the commander of the Protection and Rescue Service, Radomir Pješčić.
According to him, the fire was localized in Rogami, upper Rogami, the village of "Đurkovića", and that entire region.
Pješčić said that he cannot be sure what the situation will be tonight, considering the very high air temperatures and the predicted evening wind.
A fire broke out on the territory of Rogam on Monday and threatened to threaten houses on several occasions.
The Government announced that on Wednesday the fire was successfully extinguished by the planes of the helicopter unit of the Ministry of the Interior.
The press release states that there were fire boss amphibious aircraft on the ground, which buy water from the lake, and two dromedary aircraft that fill up on the water platform at Golubovci Airport.
