By signing a special certificate (Certificate of final acceptance), as a final document, the handover of the Bell 412EP helicopter, which is arrived in Montenegro on Friday for the needs of the Air Force of the Montenegrin Army.
As announced by the Ministry of Defence, the certificate was signed on behalf of that department by the director general of the Directorate for Material Resources, Alma Ljuljanaj, and on behalf of the Canadian Economic Corporation, Patriša Denjol.
"This act was preceded by the testing of the aircraft by a commission made up of representatives of the Air Force of the Army of Montenegro (VVCG) and the Bell company, as well as the finalization of the necessary administrative procedures," the statement says.
The Ministry reminded that four VVCG pilots have successfully completed training for operating that type of helicopter, as well as the stronger one, the 412 EPI, two of which are yet to arrive in the second half of the year, as well as that two engineers and four technicians have undergone the necessary training for maintenance.
"They will form an expert team that will immediately start working on the introduction of the helicopter into operational use," the announcement added.
