The new concept of drawing up and notarizing contracts, statements, powers of attorney and other documents at the notary brought new prices for these services to citizens, which are drastically higher than the tariffs that were in effect when this work was performed by lawyers and courts.
According to the tariffs from the website of the Chamber of Notaries, with no indication that an additional 17 percent VAT is payable, the notary will take its total value as the basis for charging for the preparation of a document containing the division of marital property, its division or its exchange. For a power of attorney for the use of someone else's vehicle in the form of a notary document, 40 euros should be allocated.
Although according to the valid attorney's fees and court fees, these expenses do not exceed the figure of around 750 euros for all jobs worth more than 50.000 euros, at the notary, the drawing up and stamp for the same costs up to 5.000 euros.
To draw up a contract of sale for real estate worth 50.000 euros with a notary, you will have to allocate 250 euros, for real estate worth 120.000 euros you will have to pay 900 euros, and for values higher than that, the price increases by another 50 thousand for every added 50 euros. but it cannot exceed 5.000 euros.
To get a marriage contract in the form of a notary, you will pay a percentage that is calculated on the basis of the total property value of both contracting parties. Using the same method, the price for drawing up a contract of disposition in case of death is charged, while no more than 375 euros can be paid for a will.
20 euros will have to be set aside for the notarial processing of the document on receiving inheritance or renouncing inheritance. Tariffs for obtaining articles of incorporation of business entities in the form of a notary record, without VAT, amount from 350 to 400 euros.
