"Although the provisions of the Act on Communal Activities prohibit the display of propaganda material at the entrances of buildings, official premises and private properties, DPS Bara is demonstrating its insolence, directly defying the institutions of the system. For such a violation, fines in the amount of EUR 100 for a natural person up to EUR 1.000 are prescribed. euros for a legal entity," the DF emphasized.
The statement added that "the lack of arguments and political cowardice of the DPS presidential candidate who does not appear on TV duels" cannot be replaced by numerous posters "in life size, which exist only in totalitarian regimes similar to the one in North Korea".
"The municipal police are obliged to react in a timely manner, to do their work professionally and impartially, because they are a service for citizens and as such are obliged to maintain communal supervision and order, regardless of whether the ruling DPS or someone else does not respect the law. That is why The municipal police are required to file a report and remove propaganda material from the entrance to this building. It will be interesting to see if, when and how they will react to this arrogance literally in front of their noses. Their reaction will also be an indicator of whether this service is also suffering from the party influence of the ruling DPS , like many other services," the announcement concludes.
