As he said himself, Prime Minister Igor Lukšić was also convinced of this when he was taken on a tour of the city of hotels by the first man of "Aman Resorts" Adrijan Zeka, the company that was given the job of hotel manager of the city of hotels, Villa Miločer and the hotel "Kraljičina Plaža". .
"This year we can see the real effects of what we had as a vision a few years ago when it was agreed with "Amana" to take over the Miločerski complex and Sveti Stefan for management," said Lukšić
Although the hotel is officially open, this could not be said to all those who come to Svetac, because construction on the two auxiliary buildings still continues, and dust, soil and cement are everywhere in the park in front of the hotel and on the access roads.
"I can say with satisfaction that the level of services that will be offered on the island is fantastic. It is really the first class of tourist services that "Aman" offers in other places in the world where it deals with this type of business. Lukšić emphasized that it is realistic to expect that when "Aman" starts with its services somewhere, it will be an invitation for the arrival of other investors.

Since they signed the ugvoor five years ago, as Zeka said, they encountered various problems, from costs to development problems, that is, the condition of the buildings.
"You believe that it would be easier if we demolished everything and started building from scratch, but that would be unimaginable, since this heritage of this country is very important for it. To be honest, what attracted us to come to Montenegro is the beauty of St. Stefan, which is unique in the Mediterranean, so I hope that in the next 50 years we will make it a leading resort in this part of the world," said Zeka, ignoring the fact that the St. and Miločerski complex was given on a 30-year lease.
He said that he was impressed by the quality of service, which was achieved thanks to the talent of young people.
