In Berane, the glory of the Đurđevi stupovi monastery is marked

In the organization of the Đurđevi stupovi monastery and the church municipality of Berane, a ceremony was held on the occasion of St. George's Day, the traditional celebration of that monastery.

Bishop Joanikije, served a solemn liturgy attended by a large number of believers and citizens, after which the celebration continued.

This year's hosts of the Đurđevdanska Slava were Dragan and Savo Dubak, and for the next year, Nebojša Đukić took over the role of host.

As part of the ceremony, a traditional litany was held, in which, in addition to the clergy of the Đurđevi stupovi monastery, a large number of citizens and believers participated. The St. George liturgy took place from St. George's columns to the city, that is, on the main street in Berane.
