It is very clear that the lawyer Ljubinka Kustudić, seeing that her requests to the court to punish the management of the Luka Bar company have no legal basis and that there is absolutely no obstruction of court proceedings, resorted to name-calling and seeking alleged justice through the media, said the director of Luka Bar Zarija Franović, reacting to the text published on Saturday - "Franović does not respect court decisions".
The lawyer of Luka's workers told "Vijesta" that in the three ongoing proceedings she asked the court to punish the management of the bar company, which is managed by Franović, because for months it does not allow access to financial documentation, due to the need for these court cases and the additional expertise that needs to be done expert witness Dragan Nišavić.
In his response, Franović claims, however, that "exactly the court expert Nišavić can confirm that the expert examination of financial documents takes place without any obstructions and with the maximum cooperation of the company's management".
"Neither I, nor any of my associates are in any way interfering with Mr. Nišavić's work. "Judge Mušikić, who was in the Port of Bar a couple of days ago, was convinced of this and asserted that the expert examination procedure is taking place in its own way, without any obstructions," added Franović.
Regarding the agreement with the workers regarding the unpaid difference in wages, after the survey, director Luka Bar further states, "that the collection of opinions of financial and legal experts continued and any decision that is made in this matter will be in accordance with the prescribed procedure when making such decisions and according to the laws of the state of Montenegro".
"I am of the opinion, and I believe that everyone who reasons logically and correctly will agree with me, that raising noise and dust through sensationalist and tendentious statements in the media will not in any way positively affect the final decision on this matter.
