Consortium "Naš Mojkovac" was awarded the job of creating the main project of a catering facility and parking lot for the development of the ski center Žarski, near Mojkovac.
In addition, the consortium was awarded the job of building and equipping a catering facility with access plateaus and an access track for the ski resort and installation of infrastructure connections on cadastral plots covered by urban planning and technical conditions, for the development of the ski center "Žarski" on the slopes of Bjelasica.
The estimated value of the tender, which was announced by the Directorate of Public Works, was 1,5 million euros, and "Naš Mojkovac", which consists of the companies "Inženjering put" and "Civil engineer" from Podgorica, "Geotehnika" from Bijelo Polje" and "Roaming Montenegro" from Nikšić, offered to do the job for 22 thousand euros less.
As stated in the documentation, the selected contractors offered to complete the Main Project in three months from the signing of the contract, and ten months for the works from the day of introduction to work. The catering facility should have a gross area of 2.000 square meters, it is planned as a temporary one with the rental of sports equipment for the development of the "Žarski" ski center, with the provision of catering services (cafe-bar, restaurant, ski room), terrace, garage for skiers and mandatory temporary parking.
The maximum number of floors, as stated, is two floors (P+1 or P+Pk). As previously announced, the construction of the Mojkovac ski center "Žarski" on Bjelasica, worth 27 million euros, began several years ago, and the work should be completed in 2022.
At the end of 2017, the Government of Montenegro founded the company "Skijališta Crne Gore" based in Mojkovac, for the management of future ski resorts in the area of Bjelasica and Komovo.
That company currently manages the ski resort "Kolašin 1600", which was opened on February 16 this year, where there are about 4,6 kilometers of trails, and one six-seater cable car has been installed.
