Two of the three houses on the family estate of the President of Montenegro Milo Đukanović in Kočani near Nikšić have not been registered.
Those two buildings do not exist in the records of the Real Estate Administration, the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (ASK), nor on the website of the Nikšić Secretariat for Urban Planning, but that is why they are visible on the aerial photographs, which were submitted to "Vijesta".
Of the three facilities, two are located on the land of the leader of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS). The third, the largest, is on a plot of land that, in official state records, still belongs to his father Radovan, who died in 2010.
Đukanović did not answer the questions of "Vijesti" regarding the buildings and plots in Kočani.
Instead of greenery - a house
Đukanović reported to the Real Estate Administration and the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption that he has three plots of land in the Kočani settlement in Nikšić with a total area of 1.488 square meters, and that on the largest of them (805 square meters) he owns "two single-story buildings, ruins of various buildings", measuring 30 and 40 square meters, acquired by purchase.
In the aerial footage, it can be seen that the "ruins" have meanwhile become a well-organized one-story house consisting of two buildings built next to each other.
According to the video, the building is of significantly larger dimensions - the square footage of the unique building is greater than the total reported 70 square meters, and the facade, roof...
"Vijesti" did not find information on the website of the Nikšić Secretariat for Urbanism, where there are requests for permits for construction works, which confirms that President Đukanović reported any interventions on the "ruins of various buildings".
The first man of the state and the leader of the DPS, in addition to the alleged ruins on his plot, can be seen on the aerial photo, he also built a smaller one-story stone house. However, that facility was not reported to the Real Estate Administration and ASK.
According to recordings from the Google Earth service, there was nothing on the one that Đukanović reported to the authorities, nor on the surrounding plots, until 2016, except for "ruins of various buildings", which were surrounded by greenery until three years ago.
ON THE OTHER MEMBERS OF THE FAMILY, NOTHING IN KOČANI
Google Earth images from 2017 show that the alleged ruins of 30 and 40 square meters are connected by a concrete path to a larger structure, which, judging by the appearance, is intended for housing. According to the video that was submitted to "Vijesti", it is a one-story house and it is located on a plot registered to Đukanović's father, Radovan. There is no record of that facility in the Real Estate Administration.
In the property list in the name of Radovan Đukanović, on that plot, as well as for the plots of his son Milo, there are two ruins of various buildings, allegedly one-story buildings with an area of 60 and 25 square meters.
All the land with three houses on the Đukanović family estate is, as can be seen in the video, fenced as a whole, and the buildings are interconnected by concrete paths. Three roads lead to the property - local and two roads from the highway, the Nikšić mini-bypass, which was completed in 2015.
A local road leads through the settlement to the alleged ruins of 30 and 40 square meters. One of the two roads connected to the main road has been improved and it leads to the largest house, that is, to the plot of the president's late father.
Another road leading from the main road is under construction and it provides access to the property from the bypass to the smaller stone house and alleged ruins.
In the video provided to "Vijesti", as well as in the Google Earth images, it can be seen that the part of the family property bordering the mini-bypass is under construction. Those works, according to recordings from Google services, were not there in February of last year, but they were clearly shown in the recordings from September 2018.
Milo Đukanović and his late father are the only members of the closest family to whom the land in Kočani is traced. Neither his son Blažo and his wife Lidija, nor his brother Aco and daughter-in-law Gabriela Đukanović, nor his mother Stan, according to the data of the Real Estate Administration, own land in that place.
Officially, sister Ana Đukanović does not have a plot in Kočani either.
Official property of Milo Đukanović
Đukanović last reported his property to the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption in June of last year.
In the document that he submitted within the legal deadline after assuming the position of president, Đukanović reported that he is the owner of the apartment of 187 in Podgorica, which he acquired by purchase, and those ruins of 30 and 40 square meters in Kočani.
The head of the ruling party reported 805 and 440 square meters of pasture and less than 245 square meters of meadows, also in Kočani.
Wife Lidija Đukanović is the owner of the family residential building of 121 and an auxiliary building of 12 square meters, 500 square meters of yard, 157 square meters of meadow and a little more than 2.400 square meters of forest.
Cabinet without answers to "Vijesti" questions
The Cabinet of the President of Montenegro did not answer the questions of "Vijesti" about the year and from whom Djukanović bought the plots and ruins in Kočani, since the surrounding land is mostly owned by his late father, and a smaller one, along with his estate, belongs to a certain Nikola Đukanović. .
They did not answer the questions of the editors whether there had been any changes to the buildings, to the parcels registered in the cadastre for the first man of the state, and whether the "ruins of various buildings" had been reconstructed in the meantime.
They did not answer whose building (villa) that was built on his father's plot and connected by a path to the buildings on the plot that Milo Đukanović reported to the Real Estate Administration and ASK.
Đukanović's office did not even answer the question of the newsroom about what kind of work is being done on the part of the family estate, the upper border of which runs along the Nikšić mini-bypass.
