Buses, vans and cars have been parked on the shore of the Black Lake for the past few days, because a ramp is being erected for certain privileged tourist workers and their guests, although this is prohibited by the Law on National Parks.
NVU Tourist Association Žabljak (TUŽ) announced that they will file a criminal complaint against the authorities from the Durmitor National Park, the director of the Public Enterprise National Parks of Montenegro, and those who are erecting the ramp.
"Those from whom we defended Black Lake are clearly still managing it, in the most unfriendly way, destroying nature and disturbing the peace of tourists who come to admire this jewel. During the day, tourists are driven all the way to the lake, although it is intended that cars can only go up to the ramp. They also pass by in the evening, music is blaring. We will demand that all those who passed over the ramp in cars, vans and buses be punished, as well as those who made it possible for them to do so", they told "Vijesta".
They pointed out that the individuals had a problem with the manager of the restaurant on Black Lake, which is managed by the Kolašin company "Explorer", owned by Luka Bulatović.
Allegedly, after they warned him that it was illegal for tourists and guests to pass their cars, vans and buses away from the ramp, he told them to report him.
"He said that we have nothing to say to him, but to report them if they do something bad, and that he will file criminal charges against members of the association, if someone films vans and cars again," said the NGO TUŽ.
The Law on National Parks stipulates that a physical person will be fined up to 150 euros if he parks a vehicle in the national parks outside the designated parking area and drives outside the designated road.
