The new president of the Basic Court in Podgorica is Željka Jovović, a former judge of that court.
The previous president of the Basic Court in Kotor, Branko Vučković, was re-elected to that position
This was decided at a session of the Judicial Council.
Blažo Jovanić was re-elected as president of the Commercial Court.
The previous presidents of the courts in Plav (Hilmija Sujković), Rožajam (Zahit Camić) and Bar (Goran Šćepanović) each received another mandate.
They were also the only candidates for those positions.
Jovović's opponent for president of the Basic Court in Podgorica was the previous president of that court, Zoran Radović.
Vučković also had an opponent, Predrag Krstonijević, judge of the Basic Court in Kotor.
