The President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Ivan Brajović, congratulated the residents and the local leadership on the Day of the Municipality of Berane, which is celebrated on July 21.
"Remembering July 21 as an important historical date not only for Beran, but also for the whole of Montenegro and its anti-fascist values, I congratulate the citizens of Beran on Municipal Day and send my best wishes. Beran's touristic, agricultural and numerous other potentials, along with staff strengthening through state investment in education as part of the educational tradition and culture of this city, represent a good basis for the sustainable development and future of the Berane community. I want Berane to be a harmonious multi-ethnic and multi-religious community in the period ahead, with the belief that on this path all subjects of the political and economic life of the state and municipalities are making the necessary efforts," stated Brajović's congratulatory message
